Electronic access control simplifies the unlocking and locking of your door. We offer two forms of electronic access control with our multipoint locking systems: electric drive/motor or an electric battery powered attachment. Either form of electronic access control with your command will instantly retract all the locking points throughout the height of the door and grant you access. The door will then close behind you and automatically lock pending future commands.

The electric drive/motor option includes a drive/motor and cables which are concealed within the door and connect directly to the electricity of the home. This option is for customers who care to customize access control settings without limitation and who intend to integrate our door into the smart home.

The electric battery powered attachment is a more limited form for gaining electronic access, although this device does allow you to manage access via keypad and phone app. This device is available with Bluetooth and Z-Wave function.

Our pivot entrance door features award-winning FritsJurgens pivot hinge systems that align function and experience with absolute control over the movement of your door. These pivot hinge systems are adjustable, can include control functions such as hold positions, soft-opening, and self-closing, and have a maximum weight capacity of 500 kg (1,100 lbs).

The pivot hinges are integrated into the top and bottom of our pivot door and are therefore unseen. The result is hidden perfection.

Multipoint locking systems provide additional security and strength through the engagement of several locking points throughout the height of the door. We offer two types of multipoint locking systems for our pivot door: MLS1 or MLS2.

MLS1 includes a lever operated multipoint lock that wraps around the top of the door to simultaneously engage locking points on each side of the door with a single lift of the handle.

MLS2 includes a key operated multipoint lock on the primary side of the pivot door and a secondary lock which can only be operated handle located on the inside of the door.

Our pivot doors are hurricane impact approved and water infiltration approved at a maximum size of 6’ wide x 11’ tall – one of the largest hurricane impact approved pivot doors on the market. Our pivot door has exceeded Florida’s most rigorous hurricane impact testing standards for air, water, and structural performance with design pressure ratings compliant with High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) requirements.

Our patented Multi-Purpose Weather Performance Sill can be installed surface mounted, partially recessed to accommodate varying inside and outside finish floor heights, and fully recessed into the floor for a clean uninterrupted transition from outside to inside. Our sill design provides an engineered water management system that allows any potential water collected by the still to weep out or run via drainage tubing. For partial and fully recessed sill installations, drainage fittings and tubing are included for water to drain to your desired location.
